Un Samoeun aka Phin, Exported Products Screening Committee, confessed that Ho, working in Canoe Setting Up Factory at Water Transportation, together with Khuon got a responsible to carry out the traitorous activities on the target of Kilometer No. 6 State Warehouse. Ly Ang, Chief of Printing House at Water Transportation, confessed that Ho joined meeting and established the committee in order to conduct traitorous activities in Phnom Penh. Ho was officially appointed as a member of committee in the meeting.
