Summary / Abstract :
|
A year after a desperate 505, over 80 percent are eating reasonably well. When I visited Cambodia after Vietnamese troops ousted the radical Khmer Rouge Regime of Pol Pot, Cambodian civilians walked about the countryside, dazed, in a state of stock searching for loved one and uncertain if they would have enough to eat tomorrow.
