Prospects for a merger between anti-Vietnamese Kampuchean resistance movements were the subject of heightened speculation yesterday after a Thai press report that a dead head been strack. The report coincided with the departure of the Chinese Premier, Mr Zhoo Ziyang after talks with Thai leaders, which included « intensive discussions » on the future of Kampuchea.
