The deposed Khmer Rouge government today accused Vietnam of moving hundred of Vietnamese families in the latest step of an alleges plan to colonize Cambodia. Khmer Rouge Radio, monitored here, had begun settling around the shores of the great Northwestern Tonle Sap lake at the beginning of the 1981 rainy season.
