Malaysian Prime Minister is reported to have described the Khmer Rouge as totally loathsome adding that there is little likelihood that they can be reformed. Thailand has appeared anxious to take aback seat on the Cambodian question since the Khmer Rouge rejected a loose coalition with non-communist resistance forces.
