After three months, the family was sent to V/N under an agreement between Cambodia and Vietnam to deal with people of Vietnamese origin living in Cambodia. For most of them, for instance, the flight to Belgium was a terrifying and traumatic experience. The reas on is that for them aircraft meant only bombers and therefore death and destruction.
