At confessed that his 29 traitorous networks had prepared the plan to take over warehouses and Phnom Penh in August 1976. The target of this plan was divided into two; one was responsible for fighting at warehouse at kilometer 6 and another one fighting at warehouse along the Phnom Penh's river.
ឈ្មោះ អាត បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ បក្សពួករបស់ខ្លួនបានរៀបចំ ផែនការវាយឃ្លាំង និងវាយក្រុងភ្នំពេញនៅខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ដោយចែកជាពីរមុខសញ្ញាគឺឃ្លាំងគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ និង ឃ្លាំង ជួរមាត់ទនេ្លភ្នំពេញ ដោយមានរាយឈ្មោះបក្សពួកចំនួន ២៩ នាក់ទៀត។
