An Chun, secretary of regiment 11, confessed that Soen, assistant to regiment 12, division 310, joined a secret meeting at Khmer-Soviet Technical University. The meaning of the meeting was Soen got responsibilities to collect all traitorous networks at division 310, 450, and other places in order to prepare those forces shock assault to liberate Phnom Penh.
ឈ្មោះ អាន ជុន លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១១ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សឺន ជំនួយការវរសេនាធំលេខ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំសម្ងាត់នៅសកលបចេ្ចកទេសខ្មែរ-សូវៀត។ ខ្លឹមសារនៃការ ប្រជុំនោះ គឺ សឺន ទទួលភារកិច្ចដើរប្រមូលកម្លាំងទាំងអស់នៅកុ្នង កងពល ៣១០, ៤៥០ និងកន្លែងផេ្សងទៀត ដើម្បីរៀបចំកម្លាំង វាយសំរុករំដោះភំ្នពេញ។
