Nearly 10 years after their victorious onslaught on the Kampuchean Capital of Phnom Penh, the Khmer Rouge are fighting desperate battles for their very survival on the Western rim of Kampuchea in 1975, the enemy was Uinted State-backed regime of Lon Nol, which hosted its white flags after the guerrilla broke through Phnom Penh.
