The Big Vietnamese offensive has not changed the military situation in Kampuchea as a whole. The war on the border with Thailand has not prevented our progress on the internal front, around Tonle Sap lake down towwards the capital, Phnom Penh. The Vietnamese offensive shows out ability to fight.
