Um Lun, 35 years old, joined the rescuing association of electrical workers in 1970, the CIA in March 1973, and the Party of Socialist Republic. After April 17, 1975, Lun conducted CIA activities within the group of Seng Veng and Kim Sa-eum. Lun demanded that cadre should not be permitted to work in his technical group and conspired to damage ZM 3 machine.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុម លុន អាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសមាគមសង្គ្រោះ បុគ្គលិក អគ្គិសនីនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០, ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ និង ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ លុន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងក្រុមសេង វេង និង គឹម សាអឺម ហើយបានតវ៉ាមិនឱ្យកម្មាភិបាលចុះធ្វើការងារបចេ្ចកទេសជាមួយ ក្រុមខ្លួន និងរួមគំនិតធ្វើឱ្យខូចម៉ាស៊ីនហេ្សអឹមលេខ៣។
