Um An, Soldier of Railroad Repairing Unit, confessed that in 1975, Toek Seng Eng assigned him to contact Seng, Men Sam An, Chin in order to carry out an activity of destroying nails and hammers. Until September 1975, they received plan from Toek Seng Eng, under the nomination of Kry, CIA network to spread leaflets in factories, offices, and incited people to rebel against the revolution and to kill revolutionary forces by using grenades and shooting.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុម អន យុទ្ធជនជួសជុលផ្លូវដែកបានឆ្លើយថា កាលពី ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ តឹក សេងអេង បានប្រាប់ខ្លួនឱ្យទាក់ទងជាមួយ សេង, ម៉ែន សំអន និង ជិន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈដូចជា ញញួរ និងដែកគោល។ លុះដល់ខែ៩-១៩៧៥ អ្នកទាំងបីនេះបានទទួល ផែនការពី តឹក សេងអេង តាមរយៈសេអ៊ីអាឈ្មោះ គ្រី ឱ្យបាចខិត ប័ណ្ណនៅតាមរោងចក្រ និងមន្ទីរ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និង បំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដដោយលួចបោកគ្រាប់បែក និងបាញ់សម្លាប់។
