កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Uk On aka An, Chief of Regiment 12, Division 310, confessed that in the early March 1977, Suong invited him [Uk On] to join a meeting at Kap Srauv pagoda. When he reached the meeting place, Yorn, Sa-em, Phat, Suong and Chen Sat were waiting for him to make discussion. At the moment, Suong assigned him[Uk On] to build up more and more forces and ordered him to keep his work confidentially. Suong toldhim that if we had already built up forces, we would set plan to attack the information office of the party in March 1977. If, we could not attack at that time, we would attack again at the same place in October 1977.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក អុន ហៅ អន ប្រធានវរសេនាធំ ១២ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថា ដើមខែ១២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ណុន ហៅ សួង បាន ហៅវា «អ៊ុក អុន»ទៅប្រជុំនៅវត្ដកប់ស្រូវ។ ពេលទៅដល់មាន ឈ្មោះ យន , សាអែម, ផាត, សួង និង ចិន សាត អង្គុយចាំជា សេ្រច។ ពេលនោះឈ្មោះ សួង បានណែនាំដាក់ផែនការឱ្យវា«អ៊ុក អុន»កសាងកម្លាំងថ្មីឱ្យបានច្រើន ហើយរក្សាការសម្ងាត់បំផុត។ សួងបាននិយាយថា បើយើងកសាងកម្លាំងលើកក្រោយនេះបាន យើង និងដាក់ផែនការវាយមន្ទីរឃោសនាការរបស់បក្សនៅខែ៣ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ហើយបើវាយមិនបាន និងលើកពេលវាយកន្លែងដដែល នៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
