The confession of Uk Tha aka Vung, member of sawmill factory of Sre Ambel district, implicated in an activity of Louy, deputy chief of Regiment, Kampong Cham Region, Northern Zone. He saw Oeun, chief of division 310, Hoh, chief of regiment, division 117, Sang, working at regiment, division 920, Louy and Ho, attending the meeting and receiving a plot from Khuon so as to strike the party on the anniversary in 1976.
