Uk Tha aka Vung, Member of Sre Ambel district sawmill, conceded that But, chief of battalion, Kampong Cham region military unit, attended the secret meeting on plan to attack the revolution. Chea Bun aka Buon, chief of Kbal Thnal constructinng worksite 2, confessed that But attended the meeting on building up the Liberal Party and finding way of burning down logistical warehouse belonging to the Angkar and to prepare force to counter the revolution in 1977.
