Uk Pheng, 30 years old, joined the CIA in 1972, the Democratic Party, and contacted In Tam and Chao Sao. In 1973-74, Pheng entered the CRS, CARE and World Vision organizations through the indoctrination of Khuon Kandien and Peou You Thuon. Pheng strongly denounced the revolution at factories. After April 17, 1975, Pheng worked within the network of Seng Veng, was in charge of 4 CIA forces and discredited the revolutionary army and cadre of factories.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក ផេង អាយុ ៣០ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ និង ចូលគណបក្សប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ហើយបានទាក់ទងជាមួយអ៊ិន តាំ និង ចៅ សៅ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣-៧៤ ផេង ចូលអង្គការមនុស្សធម៌ សេអ៊ែអែស, អង្គការឃែរ និង អង្គការទស្សនៈពិភពលោក តាមការចាត់តាំងពីឃួន កណ្ឌៀន និង ពៅ យូធួន។ ផេង បានឃោសនាវាយប្រហារបដិវត្ដយ៉ាងសកម្មនៅក្នុងរោងចក្រ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ផេង នៅក្នុងខ្សែសេង វេង មាននាទីក្ដាប់កម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាបួននាក់និងធ្វើសកម្មភាពឃោសនា វាយប្រហារកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដនិងកម្មាភិបាលដឹកនាំរោងចក្រ។
