Name list of 17 soldiers in Northern Zone was that they were implicated in the enemy's confession. Khieu Chheang aka At, member of Battalion 71, Kilo 6 State Warehouse, confessed that Sei, former Chief of Division 1, Northern Zone, currently living in Kampong Cham [Province], made contribution to counter-party plots in August 1976. In May 1976, At received plots to cut off roads at Prek Kdam.
ឈ្មោះ យោធានៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរចំនួន ១៧នាក់ជាប់ក្នុងចមើយខ្មាំង។ ឈ្មោះ ខៀវ ឈាង ហៅ អាត សមាជិកវរសេនាតូច ៧១ ឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋគីឡូលេខ៦ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សី អតីតប្រធានកងពលទី១ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរបច្ចុប្បន្ននៅកំពង់ចាមថា សី បានរួមចំណែកក្នុងផែន ការវាយបក្សនៅខែ៨-៧៦។ នៅខែ៥-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ អាត ទទួលផែនការវាយបក្សខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ពីឈ្មោះ ម៉ាលី ហើយម៉ា លីប្រាប់ អាត់ថា សី ទទួលភារកិច្ចកាត់ផ្លូវម្ដុំព្រែកក្ដាម។
