Yem Phorn aka Yem Phea, 22, was born in Anlung Kranh village, Porpok sub-district, Stung district, Kampong Thom province. On 15 February 1971, Phorn joined the revolution with Saut and Phy being introducers. On 26 June 1974, Phorn joined the league with Sort, Khim and Touch being introducers. Phorn received the indoctrination from Saret to poison Bol, [taking the responsibility for warehouse materials, bring disintegration within our comrade at state commerce, convince soldiers to have no confidence in Angkar and not obey disciplinary Angkar, and make contact with women. In 1975, Phorn attended the meeting for two times with Sarat and Heng on the plans to destroy material warehouses at Kilo 6 and transplanted grenades to kill brother Bol.
ឈ្មោះ យ៉ែម ភន ឈ្មោះបដិវត្ដន៍ យែម ភា អាយុ ២២ ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិអន្លុងក្រាញ់ ឃុំពពក ស្រុកស្ទោង ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ ថ្ងៃ២៥-២-១៩៧១ ភន ចូលបដិវត្ដ អ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាមសូតនិងភី។ ថ្ងៃ២៦-៦-១៩៧៤ ភន ចូលសម្ពន័្ធ អ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាម ស៊ត, ឃឹម និង ទូច។ ភន បានទទួលការចាត់តាំងពីសារ៉េតឱ្យបំពុលឈ្មោះបុល «អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈ», ឱ្យឃៅសនាបំបែកបំបាក់មិត្ដ យើងនៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ, កុំឱ្យយុទ្ធជនជឿលើអង្គការ, កុំឱ្យគោរព អង្គការវិន័យនិងដើរទាក់ទងនារីភេទ។ ១៩៧៥ ភន បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំពីរលើកជាមួយសារ៉ាតនិងហេងពីផែនការកំទេចឃ្លាំងសម្ភារៈ នៅគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ៦ និងចងគ្រាប់បែកសម្លាប់បងបុល។
