មាំង ឆាន អនុសេនាធំ ៥០២ បាននិយាយថា នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ លី ប៉ាវ កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូច បានទទួលផែនការណែនាំ ពី ដូង សេ្រង ឱ្យបន្ដបង្កប់ខ្លួនចាំបំផ្លាញរដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដឱ្យបាន។
