Khoeung Buoy, cadre of Company, Division 502, confessed that Sieng, medical person of Battalion, Division 502, betrayed the party through the indoctrination of Yoeun, cadre of Battalion, Division 502. Sieng took the responsibility for destroying the revolutionary forces in a practical manner, state properties, specifically burning down houses, building up internal burrowing forces for purpose of nipping the revolutionary authority in the bud in the future.
