Khoeung Buoy, cadre of division 502 company, admitted that Heng, soldier of division 502, was indoctrinated by him to be treacherous to the party. Furthermore, Heng was responsible to destroy the revolutionary forces and state properties, to burn down houses, and to assign expanded forces to burrow inside of the revolutionary authority.
