Khlok Say, member of repairing section of state commerce garage, confessed that in January 1976, Heng, combatant of external commerce garage, and he/she (Say), received plots. In June 1976, Heng secretly transported materials from Kampong Som and hid them in network' houses in Phnom Penh.
ឈ្មោះ ឃ្លោក សយ សមាជិកមនី្ទរយានដ្ឋាន ព.ក.ផ្នែកជួសជុល បានសារភាពថា នៅខែ១-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនបានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ជាមួយ ឈ្មោះ ហេង យុទ្ធជននៅយានដ្ឋានពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅ ប្រទេសដែរ។ នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៦ ហេង បានចូលរួមលួចដឹក សម្ភារៈពីកំពង់សោមយកមកលាក់ទុកនៅផ្ទះរបស់បក្សពួកនៅ ភំ្នពេញជាច្រើន។
