Tep Phalla aka Chhun, combatant of Phnom Penh energy department, confessed that San, cadre of car repairing section, state commerce office, accepted an order from Khuon to take responsible for transporting weapons and ammunitions by car, and then keeping them secretly in the office M-1 for being ready to attack the revolution in the future.
