Tep Phalla aka Chhun, combatant of Phnom Penh energy office, confessed that Pheng, cadre of state commerce office, was a secret bodyguard of Khuon during the political resistant. After April 17, 1975, Khuon assigned Pheng to be responsible for state commerce garage.
ឈ្មោះ ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរចាត់ការថាមពល ភំ្នពេញ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ផេង កម្មាភិបាលនៅនាយកដ្ឋាន ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម រដ្ឋ ជាកងការពារសម្ងាត់របស់ ឃួន ក្នុងសម័យតស៊ូនយោបាយ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឃួន បាន ចាត់តាំង ផេង ឱ្យទទួលខុសត្រូវនៅយានដ្ឋានពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ។
