Yuos Chhit aka Chum, commissioner of battalion 232, regiment 23, division 290, confessed that Sean attended the meeting with Khieu Koma [arrested by the Angkar] to arrange a plan to attack the party on September 29, 1976. Chum did not know Sean's activity.
