Tep Phalla aka Chhun, combatant of Phnom Penh energy office, confessed that on May 17, 1975, Khuon assigned Ny, combatant of transport section in Kampong Som port, to secretly recruit new traitorous network in order to fight to get the power from revolution in the future. Moreover, Ny convinced soldiers to cause car up side down by driving, and to continually destroy some parts of car machines.
ឈ្មោះ ទេព ផល្លា ហៅ ឈុន យុទ្ធជននៅមនី្ទរចាត់ការ ថាមពលភំ្នពេញ បានសារភាពថា ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៥-១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ឃួន បានចាត់តាំង ឈ្មោះ នី កម្មាភិបាលទទួលខុសត្រូវ ខាងដឹកជញ្ជូនប្រចាំនៅកំពង់សោម ឱ្យបង្កប់ខ្លួនកសាងកម្លាំងបក្សថ្មី ដើម្បីត្រៀមដណើ្ដមរដ្ឋអំណាចពីបដិវត្ដទៅអនាគត។ នី បានណែនាំ យុទ្ធជនឱ្យបើកឡានក្រឡាប់ និងបំផ្លាញខ្ចៅខ្ចងឡានជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។
