Te Thao aka Nang, Working at Hospital P-31, confessed that Say, Medic of Division 117, voluntarily joined the Labor Party. In January 1976, after the Angkar sent him to Phnom Penh, he had invited his network to join the meeting, during that time he also was at the meeting .
ឈ្មោះ តែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាយ បុគ្គលិកពេទ្យកងពល ១១៧ ថាៈ សាយ យល់ព្រមចូលរួម ជាមួយបក្សពលករ។ នៅខែ១ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ អង្គការដកខ្លួនមកភ្នំពេញ ហើយខ្លួនបានហៅបក្ខពួកមកប្រជុំ សាយ ក៍បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ នឹងគេដែរ។
