Seng Soeun, working in Producing Cell of Region 15, confessed that he indoctrinated Moul, member of Chrey Loas Sub-district, with anti-revolutionary sentiment. Moul assumed the responsibility for convincing people to back the White Khmer movement, to hate the revolutionary regime and to distribute leaflets to monitor the White Khmer situation and to report it to Seng Soeun.
ឈ្មោះ សេង សឿន កងផលិតតំបន់ ១៥ បានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនបាន អប់រំឈ្មោះ មូល សមាជិកឃុំជ្រៃលាស់ ឱ្យក្បត់បក្ស។ មូលមានតួនាទីឃោសនាឱ្យប្រជាជនគាំទ្រចលនាខ្មែរស និងបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ ធ្វើត្រាក់បាច ក្ដាប់សភាពការណ៍ខ្មែរសហើយរាយការណ៍ឱ្យសេង សឿន។
