Seng Soeun, working in producing cell, region 15, confessed that Ky, working in battalion 113 politics, Koh Kong, withdrew the troops when there was a gun battle in Trapeang Tnaot battlefield. Angkar gave Ky's advice, Ky got angry with that. So, Ky along with Soeun fled to the enemy. After that, Soeun recommended Ky to infiltrate into the line to build up anti-party forces. Since then, Ky had a row with Angkar.
