Saom Prum aka Prang, Working at Big Cell, Division 310, confessed to the fact of Sang, Chief of Speu sub-district, Chamkar Leu district, Kampong Cham province. Shortly, before liberating Phnom Penh, Khuon laid down a plan that whenever Phnom Penh was liberated, [we] collected food and materials to be hidden in Northern Zone; moreover, Sang was responsible for hiding these things.
ឈ្មោះ សោម ព្រំ ហៅ ប្រាង កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយ ពីឈ្មោះ សាង គណៈឃុំស្ពឺ ស្រុកចំកាលេើ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ថាៈ កាលពីជិតរំដោះភ្នំពេញឈ្មោះ ឃួន បានដាក់ផែនការថាបើកាលណា រំដោះភ្នំពេញហើយត្រូវប្រមូលស្បៀង សម្ភារៈទៅលាក់ទុកនៅខាង ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ហើយ សាង ជាអ្នកទទួលសម្ភារៈនេះលាក់ទុក។
