Sao Sokhan, worker of train unit, confessed that he knew Nou Roeung, Pav, Chhun, An, My, and Chhaom were C.I.A members and commandos, because My, and Sao Sokhon, workers of train unit had told him. After April 17, 1975 they infiltrated into the revolutionary line in order to destroy trains; moreover, they contacted Tuon Keo's networks, chief of steam engine technicians so as to be easy to carry out treacherous activities. Their plan was to devastate locomotives, to get ready to strike the revolution and to convince workers to rebel against the party.
ឈ្មោះ សៅ សុខុន កម្មកររទេះភើ្លងបានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ នូ រឿង, ឈុន, អាន, មី, ប៉ាវ និង ឆោម ជាសេអ៊ីអានិងជាកុម្ម៉ង់ដូ។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ ពួកនេះចូលបង្កប់ខ្លួន កុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដ ដើម្បីបំផ្លាញរទេះភើ្លង ហើយពួកនេះបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ទួន កែវ ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេស បើកបរយន្ដចំហាយងាយ ស្រួលក្នុងការធ្វើ សកម្មភាពក្បត់។ ផែនការដែលពួកនេះកំពុងអនុវត្ដ គឺបំផ្លាញក្បាល ម៉ាស៊ីនរថភើ្លង ត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដនិងបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យប្រឆាំងបក្ស។
