Sao Sokhon, train worker, admitted that Sin Uon, train worker, was a former worker. In 1970, Sin Uon was a commander of commando post 2, military officer in battalion 514, Suong' s division, and chief of C.I.A group. In 1973, Sin Uon went to hide himself in Battambang provincial town in order to spy on the revolution activities. Until November 1975, Sin Uon worked in train unit, and in December 1975, he linked with Prum Sakun' s network. Sin Uon' s activities were to spread propaganda that the Angkar made separate from spouse, oppressed and forcibly collected people' s properties, and provoked new and old workers into having conflict.
ឈ្មោះ សៅ សុខុន កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ស៊ិន អួន«ចាប់ហើយ»កម្មកររទេះភើ្លង ជាកម្មករចាស់។ ឆា្នំ ១៩៧០ ជាមេបញ្ជាការកងកុម្ម៉ង់ដូប៉ុស្ដិ៍ទី ២ ជានាយទាហាន កុ្នងកងវរសេនាតូច ៥១៤ កងពល អ៊ិត សួង និង ជាមេសេអ៊ីអា។ ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ស៊ិន អួន ទៅបង្កប់ខ្លួន ស៊ើបការណ៍ពីបដិវត្ដ នៅក្រុងបាត់ដំបងលុះខែ១១-១៩៧៥ ធ្វើការនៅខាងរទេះភើ្លង បន្ទាប់មកនៅខែ១២-១៩៧៥ ព្រំ សាគុណ ហៅ ស៊ិន អួន ឱ្យភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ ស៊ិន អួន គឺបំផុសថា អង្គការពង្រាត់ពង្រាស់បី្ដប្រពន្ធគេ ជិះជាន់ រឹមអូសយកទ្រព្យ សម្បតិ្ដប្រជាជន និងបំផុសកម្មករចាស់-ថ្មីឱ្យមានទំនាស់ជាប្រចាំ។
