Yuos Chhit aka Chum, commissioner of battalion 232, regiment 23, division 290, confessed that Peou Sameng was a Free Khmer network of Pen Seila in 1970. Meng used to join to convince soldiers to escape from their line and to persuade people to disgust the revolutionary authority.
យស់ ឈិត ហៅ ជុំ ស្នងការវរសេនាតូច២៣២ វរសេនាធំ២៣ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា ពៅ សាម៉េង ជាខ្សែខ្មែរសេរីរបស់ ប៉ែន សីលា ពីឆ្នាំ៧០មក។ ម៉េង ធ្លាប់រួមសកម្មភាពបំផុសយុទ្ធជន អោយរត់ចោលជួរ និងបំផុសប្រជាជនអោយស្អប់រដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដ។
