An article in Vietnamese party journal Tap Chi Cong San's latest issue stated that Vietnam has security interests in Cambodia. Therefore, the Vietnamese have committed aggression against Cambodia in order to defend security. This is obsolete bandit logic of the Hanoi Vietnamese enemy aggressors.
