Chhe Leang Teng, 28 years old, worked as a 10-house chief and joined the resucing association of electrical workers. Teng joined the Party of Socialist Republic and the CIA in 1973. After April 17, 1975, Teng worked within the network of Tiv Kosith and Phet Bun Lim. Teng was discontent with the Angkar over the collection of personal property to be put into communal and disrupted the machinery process of air pump.
ឈ្មោះ ឆែ លាងតេង អាយុ ២៨ ឆ្នាំ ធ្លាប់ធ្វើមេ១០ខ្នង បាន ចូលសមាគមសង្គ្រោះបុគ្គលិកអគ្គិសនី ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋ និងចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧ ៤ ១៩៧៥ លាងតេង នៅក្នុងខ្សែទីវ កូសិទ្ធ និង ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម។ លាងតេង មិនពេញចិត្ដនឹងអង្គការប្រមូលទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដាក់រួម ធ្វើឱ្យ រអាក់រអួលដំណើរការបូមខ្យល់។
