Phet Bun Lim joined the CIA in 1969 and was arrested on January 12, 1976. He confessed that Chim Ngy Heng joined the rescuing association of electrical workers and the Party of Socialist Republic and then CIA in 1973. After April 17, 1975, Ngy Heng conducted activities within the network of Tiv Kosith and Phet Bun Lim. Ngy Heng had conflict with the Angkar and chased to kill his wife by cutting after drinking wine.
ឈ្មោះ ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩ ត្រូវបានចាប់ ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១២-១-១៩៧៦ ហើយបានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ជឹម ងីហេង ចូលសមាគមសង្គ្រោះបុគ្គលិកអគ្គិសនី ចូលគណបក្ស សង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋ និង ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ងីហេង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្នុងខ្សែទីវ កូសិទ្ធ និង ផេត ប៊ុនលឹម។ ងីហេង ទំនាស់ជាមួយអង្គការ ហើយផឹកស្រា ដេញកាប់ប្រពន្ធ។
