Phet Bun Lim joined the CIA in 1969 and was arrested on January 12, 1976. He confessed that Rall Sapon joined the rescuing association of electrical workers and the Party of Socialist Republic and then CIA in 1973. After April 17, 1975, with Lach Hai and Kolap Samrith Seila being an introducer and acceptor. After April 17, 1975, Sapon demanded time be reduced and food given enough. Sapon conducted activities within the network of Tiv Kosith and Phet Bun Lim. Sapon picked vegetable of union to supply his family and damaged a machine.
