Heavy weapons fire hit a sprawling Khmer Rouge refugee camp along the Thai Cambodian border on 29 May, killing 11 people in an incident which has yet to be property explained. Thai authorities blamed Vietnamese artillery fired from inside Cambodia for the attack on the camp.
