The plight of 250,0000 refugees from Kampuchea, living in eight camps just across the border in Thailand, it a Humanitarian crisis of internation proportions, according to an official of the aid agency oxfam who recently visited the region. Mean white, the refugee camps should be moved back from the border by agreement with the authorities in Thailand.
