Comrade Kong Korm, PRK Foreign minister, has sent a greetings message to comrade Oskar Fischer, GDR foreign minister, on the 38 th national day of the GDR. International opinion has ovserved that every year immediately before the opening of the UN General Assembly session, the SRV always announces a partial troop withdrawal from Cambodia even thogh the Vietnamese of aggression against Cambodia continuances to drag on.
