Yuos Chhit aka Chum, commissioner of battalion 232, regiment 23, division 290, confessed that Yy Toek, deputy chief of the Ministry of Agriculture, region 24, had stolen people's cows and then sold them for Vietnamese, and had convinced people to disgust the revolution.
យស់ ឈិត ហៅ ជុំ ស្នងការវរសេនាតូច ២៣២ វរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ២៩០ បានសារភាពថាៈ យី តឹក អនុប្រធានក្រសួងកសិកម្ម តំបន់ ២៤ បានដើរលួចគោប្រជាជនទៅលក់ឱ្យយួន និងបំផុស ប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
