Net Sophal aka Sokh Nann, worker of factory T-4, admitted that Hao Seng, worker of textile factory, was a leader, who had conducted treacherous plan in region 4 and joined the C.I.A since 1970; after April 17, 1975 he convinced workers to destroy car repairing tools and contacted [treacherous network]in factory and various places.
ឈ្មោះ នេត សុផល និង សុខ ណាន់ កម្មកររោងចក្រ ត-៤ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ហោ សេង កម្មកររោងចក្រតម្បាញ ជាមេដឹក នាំផែនការក្បត់នៅ ត-៤ និងចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០។ ក្រោយ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យបំ ផ្លាញសម្ភារៈជួសជុលរថយន្ដ និងដើរទាក់ទងរោងចក្រ និងកន្លែង ផេ្សងៗទៀត។
