New York : China has said it will accept a Kampuchean government of official reconciliation under Prince Norodom Sihanouk, but that the withdrawal of Vietnamese troops from Kampuchea remains the major obstacle to any normalization of relations with the Soviet Union. The Foreign Minister, Mr. Wu Xuegian, made the statement at a meeting at the weekend with his Soviet counterpart, Mr. Eduard Shevardnadze.
