Net Sophal, worker of textile factory T-4, confessed that Buoy Bakk Heng, worker of textile factory T-4, joined the C.I.A in 1974; after April 17, 1975 he was a superior of Buoy Bakk Heng. As for Buoy Bakk Heng frequently caused a measuring machine not to run well, stirred up conflict in order to go against factory's development, and took responsible for burning down factory.
ឈ្មោះ នេត សុផល កម្មកររោងចក្រ ត-៤ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ បួយ បាក់ហេង កម្មករតម្បាញ ត-៤ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៤។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ខ្លួនជាថ្នាក់លើរបស់ ហេង។ ហេង បានធ្វើឱ្យម៉ាស៊ីនខ្នាតរអាក់រអួលញឹកញាប់ បង្កទំនាស់ ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងនិងការរីកចំរើនរបស់រោងចក្រ និងមានភារកិច្ចត្រៀម ដុតរោងចក្រ។
