Net Thuk, Chief of Office of Battalion 312, Division 310, confessed that Chiem Choeun indoctrinated Snao, member of Battalion 314, Division 2, with treason. Snao attended the meeting and received Machs plots to tempt soldiers to hate the revolutionary regime, to defect from their lines, and to identify the geography in an attempt to attack the revolution in August 1976.
