Prince Norodom Sihanouk is likely to hold direct talks with the Vietnamese government in June, possibly in Tokyo, according to Asian diplomats in Peking. Prince Norodom Sihanouk has postponed further talks with the Vietnamese "puppet" regime in Phnom Penh until late this year; although he had held two rounds in Paris with Mr. Hun Sen, the 33 years old Prime Minister of the Heng Samrin government.
