Hanoi, May 12, (AFP) - The Cambodian Army has replaced Vietnamese troops facing Khmer Rouge guerrillas along the border with Thailand, well-informed Vietnamese sources here said Thursday. Six partial retreats have been carried out since 1982, and Hanoi has said it will with withdrawal all its troops before 1990.
