Recently, when voicing at the UN its intention to participate in settling Cambodian problem, Vietnamese Foreign Minister Nguyen Co Thach said that Vietnam still diametrically opposes the return to power of DK. Nguyen Co Thach's comment proves that the Hanoi authorities have not changed their stand on the Cambodian issue at all.
