Moeung Sem, 40 years old, joned the Party of Socialist Republic in 1973, the CIA in 1974, and searched for the Khmer Rouge in the city and suburb. After April 17, 1975, Sem conducted CIA activities within the network of Seng Veng and Suk Soeun. Sem inspired former workers to separate from the revolutionary Angkar and damaged voice-producing equipment.
ឈ្មោះ មឿង សែម អាយុ ៤០ ឆ្នាំ ចូលគណបក្សសង្គម សាធារណរដ្ឋនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ និង ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ បាន តាមដានយកការណ៍ពីខ្មែរក្រហមក្នុងក្រុងនិងជាយក្រុង។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ សែម ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុង ខ្សែសេង វេង និង ស៊ុក សឿន ដោយបានឃោសនាបំបែកកម្មករ ចាស់ចេញពីអង្គការបដិវត្ដនិងធ្វើឱ្យខូចគ្រឿងបពោ្ចញសមេ្លង មួយគ្រឿង។
