The long-awaited meeting between parties to the Kampuchea conflict is to take place in Indonesia next month. Formal invitation are being sent out for the Jakarta informal meeting, known as the cocktail party, to be held in the last week of July, Mr. Ali Alatas, the Indonesian Foreign Minister and the main organiser of the meeting confirmed here yesterday.
